Diana's Home Sitting Services offers a service designed to enhance the marketability of vacant homes by providing carefully screened, selected and fully insured Home Sitters to live in and properly maintain your clients' home and lawn. The Home Sitters move into the home with their own furniture on a temporary basis and if necessary, can move out with as little as 10 days notice.

As an experienced Realtor, you know that a furnished and occupied home is much easier to sell than a vacant house. Our carefully selected Home Sitters can enhance the marketability of your clients' vacant home by giving it that warm, lived-in appearance as well as maintaining the property in showable condition for prospective buyers. They keep the premises clean, shovel snow off walks in the winter, fertilize, water and mow lawns in the summer. The Home Sitter pays for all utilities, reports any problems or needed repairs and offers increased security to the property. The savings to your client is easily more than $250/month in just the cost of utilities and lawn care alone, if not more! This and the added confidence of knowing the house is secure and being cared for will give you and the homeowner peace of mind. Remember also (and this is not well known amongst homeowners) that most insurance companies will not insure a vacant home without significantly increasing premiums.
