Diana's Home Sitting Services offers a service designed to enhance the marketability of vacant homes by providing carefully screened, selected and insured Home Sitters to live in and properly maintain your home and lawn. The Home Sitters move into the home with their own furniture on a temporary basis and if necessary can move out with as little as 10 days notice.
Home Sitters enhance the salability of your home by giving it that warm, lived in appearance as well as by maintaining the property in excellent showable condition. They keep the premises clean, shovel snow off walks in the winter, and fertilize, water and mow lawns in the summer. The Home Sitter pays for all utilities, reports any problems or needed repairs and offers increased security to the property. They can easily save you over $250/month in utilities and care alone!
