Diana and Kevin are both lifelong residents of Spokane, Washington. They have a beautiful home in the hills of the Spokane Valley, that they share with their 3 children, Derek, McKenzie and Madison. They take great pride in the quality of life that their hard work and honesty have enabled them to achieve. They've applied these core principles to their business as well and the result is a unique and well respected set of services that benefit homeowners and home sitters alike.

Diana's Home Sitting Services was inspired by Kevin and Diana's own stressful and expensive home owning transition back in the year 1997. At that time they were building their own dream home while attempting to care for and sell their current home at the same time. Their original home was only vacant for a little over a month before it was vandalized. To their surprise, they found their insurance policy wouldn't cover the damages due to the vacancy. The stress of managing two homes plus the added financial burden of duplicate mortgages and home care expenses crystallized the need for a better way to make this common home owning transition.

Thus, they began researching and building on the idea of a reliable home sitting service. They wanted to provide home owners with a stress free way to manage their vacant homes while avoiding the never-ending risks associated with renting. They worked extensively with the Attorney Generals office and the Dept. of Licensing until they felt they had developed a business model that people could feel confident in and could entrust with their homes.

Diana's talent for working with people enables her to select competent home sitters that compliment a homeowners' home and lifestyle. Her extraordinary flair for art and decorating can transform a vacant "For Sale" house into a warm and cozy home that is welcoming to prospective buyers. Her care and attention to detail provides homeowners, snowbirds, and vacationers, with the assurance they need to place their home in someone else's care.

Kevin has worked for the Spokane Valley Fire Department for over 24 years and is Captain of Station #2 next to Millwood City Hall. He has an extensive interest in Real Estate investing and property management and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Select Real Estate, Inc.

By combining Kevin's building, management and real estate experience with Diana's people, organizational and artistic skills they've formed a dynamic team that has become a trusted and respected force in the Spokane and Idaho Real Estate Industry.
