 Thank you for your interest in our family and our services. We appreciate you taking the time to read about who is behind Diana's Home Sitting Services.
We have both been lifelong residents of Spokane and have 3 beautiful & well mannered children; Derek, 18, McKenzie 8 and Madison 6. We take great pride in our children and Spokane and we strive to apply the same principles we teach our children, that of hard work, honesty, and always doing the right thing, to our business as well.
We began Diana's Home Sitting Services in the year 2000 after building our own home in 1995 and then dealing with the transition of selling our current home. That type of transition and other types as well, such as relocating, can sometimes leave people in very difficult or awkward positions, and can become very financially demanding.
Thus, we began researching and building on the idea of a reliable home sitting service that would not have the never-ending risks associated with renting. We worked very hard with the Attorney Generals office and the Dept. of Licensing and didn't stop until we felt we had developed a business model that people could feel confident in and trust that their home would be totally cared for.
Diana's talent for working with people allows her to select competent home sitters that will compliment a homeowners' home and lifestyle. Her extraordinary flair for art and decorating can transform a vacant "For Sale" house into a warm and cozy home that is welcoming to prospective buyers. Her care and attention to detail provides homeowners and snowbirds, or vacationers, the confidence they need when placing their home in someone else's hands.
Kevin has worked for the Spokane Valley Fire Department for over 20 years and is Captain of Station #2 in Millwood. He has long had an interest in Real Estate investing and property management and is a licensed Realtor.
By combining Kevin's building, management and real estate experience with Diana's visual and artistic decorating skills and adding a sincere desire to provide and guarantee the ultimate care for your home, they have become a trusted and respected team in the Spokane and Idaho Real Estate Industry.
